
BOOKING PROCESS
- Hopefully you have fallen in love with our Dome so please give us a call or fill out our enquiry form and we will reply as soon as possible.
- We will put together a quotation based on the information you have provided.
- Once you have considered our quotation and are happy with it we may need to have a site visit which you will not be charged for.
- On ironing out any finer details we will send you a booking form and a deposit invoice for 40% of the hire amount.
- Once the deposit has been received your date will be secured.
- After booking with us we will continue to be in touch and be available to discuss any fine tuning to your event.
- 90 days before your event date you will receive a balance invoice for the remaining money which must be paid no later than 30 days prior to your event.
- At this point we will contact you to arrange the installation and removal dates for the Dome. Hire is based on a 48 hour period but wherever possible we will arrange installation a full day in advance of your event to provide time for dressing.
